Catch-23

Catch-22 was the greatest catch of all. You could escape the war any time you wanted to, all you had to do was tell your commanding officer you were crazy and wanted to go home and you would be sent home. Except for one tiny problem – wanting to be sent home was the only sane reaction to war, so asking to be sent home was a clear proof you were sane, so you couldn\’t be sent home on the grounds of insanity.

There is another great catch though. If you want to be cured of anxiety all you have to do is take a pill. Trouble is, if you take the pill you get anxious about its effects, and this increases your anxiety. Not a bad catch, eh?

Come to think of it though, Catch-22 is a pretty good definition of the causes of anxiety.
