Ruperts

Donald Trump may not have the record for the biggest inauguration crowd, but he does have the record for the largest number of Remarkably Unpleasant People (RUP*) employed in and around the White House. Oh, yes, certainly GW Bush had a lot of Remarkably Unpleasant People, and Richard Nixon an even greater number of RUP, but Donald has outshone them both, excelling, as he always does, in things no normal President has ever wanted to excel at.

*The phrase “Remarkably Unpleasant People” is too long to keep writing, and the acronym “RUP” is meaningless even by remarkably meaningless acronym standards. So I suggest calling these people “Ruperts”, which, for some reason I can’t quite put my finger on, seems remarkably apt.
