And all\’s well

On catastrophic fire danger days, like today, and tomorrow, I spend my days in suspended animation, my major activity consisting of checking the \”Fires Near Me\” app created by the Rural Fire Service of NSW ….. every half an hour. Occurs to me that the app could be improved by the recorded comforting voice of a fire fighter saying, as the old night-watchmen of London used to say: \”Nine of the clock and all\’s well\”, \”Ten of the clock and all\’s well\”, all through the day. One less source of anxiety.

Would be useful in my life generally I guess ….
